In this session of our 4-part Lymphatic & Pelvic Floor Series, we explore how food can become a powerful ally in reducing systemic inflammation, supporting detox pathways, and restoring ease and flow in the body.


This class goes beyond rigid diet rules and focuses on nourishment, regulation, and sustainability. You’ll learn how specific foods, nutrients, and eating patterns impact the lymphatic system, pelvic tissues, gut health, and nervous system—and how chronic inflammation can contribute to pain, swelling, bladder issues, fatigue, and hormonal imbalance.
